De Danann Gifts

Welcome to De Danann Gifts! Our wares consist of handmade crafts, secondhand items, and other interesting things which are often of a interest to those who like Irish, Celtic and medieval themed goods. Our family is active within the SCA (Society for Creative Anachronism) and therefore many of the items featured will be relevant to historic reenactment. Some of our items are uniquely created and individually crafted. We also resell our family's pre-owned stuff to prevent it from going to the landfill. This is our family's way of living green. This page will be updated with the most current listing of items that are being actively sold. At this time, the majority of items are being sold on EBay. Also, if you want to get to know more about my thoughts on the world and beyond, then try checking out the literary musings and artistic ravings of Midnight Muse. These are a small collection of articles, poems, and other written works that range from informative to amusing.

Most of the items are priced reasonably and have starting bid prices of around $1.25 USD or $1.50 USD plus the cost of shipping. For the majority of the buy-it-now items, I try to keep the prices under $5.00 USD each. I really strive to keep the prices reasonable and for this reason I love auctions because I feel that it allows the marketplace to determine what is a fair and appropriate price for a specific item. Of course, there are the occasional exceptions for items that I know have a specific stated value... but, this is really how I approach my pricing methodology. Since I have to manually update all of these listings myself, I have added a small addendum at the bottom of this page with the exact time that I last made an update so that you can reference it if needed.
